At blanc, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy carefully.

Digital Products

• All sales of digital products are final.

• Digital items cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.

• If you experience an issue with your download, contact us at support@blancofficial.store and we will ensure you receive working files.

Clothing & Physical Products

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for in-stock items.

• Pre-order items are also eligible for returns once delivered, following the same conditions.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Exceptions

• Final sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

• Gift cards and digital products are non-refundable.
