Do you have a physical store?
No. Blanc is a fully online business. We do not have a physical storefront, but we ship worldwide and provide digital products instantly after purchase.
How can I contact you?

How are digital products delivered?
Sample packs and other digital items are available for instant download after checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with download instructions once your payment is complete.
How are clothing orders shipped?
In-stock items are processed within 2–4 business days and shipped with tracking. Delivery typically takes 5–15 business days depending on your location.
How do pre-orders work?
When you purchase a pre-order item, it means the product is not yet in stock but is reserved for you. The estimated shipping date will be shown on the product page or at checkout. You will receive email updates and tracking once your item has been produced and dispatched.
Can I cancel my order?

Digital products: Orders for digital products (such as sample packs) cannot be cancelled once payment is processed, as delivery is instant.

Clothing & physical products: You may request to cancel within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already shipped.

Pre-orders: You may cancel a pre-order any time before the item enters production or shipping. Once in production or shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

What is your return and refund policy?

Digital products: All sales are final. Refunds are not available once the files have been delivered. If you have issues accessing your files, contact us and we will resolve it.

Clothing/physical products (including pre-orders): Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unused and in original condition. See our Refund Policy for details.
Where do you ship to?
We ship clothing and physical products to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal, processed securely at checkout.
